Monthly costs are very competitive and are based on the numbers, type, age and location of the equipment to be supported.

All our contracts are specifically tailored to meet the individual requirements of our clients.

 GOLD SERVICE:

An on-site maintenance package that is ideal for those customers that require comprehensive and inclusive support cover with speedy resolutions to their problems.

  • 4 working hours engineer response on all hardware & software calls
  • All parts and labour included
  • Loan equipment provided should a faulty unit be taken off-site for repair
  • Free telephone advice and support on hardware and software
  • Annual Preventative Maintenance Visit

 SILVER SERVICE:

An on-site maintenance package that is ideal for those customers that require a medium level of semi-inclusive support with speedy resolves to their problems.

  • 8 working hours engineer response on hardware and system software
  • On site application software support
  • All parts and labour included
  • Loan equipment is chargeable
  • Free telephone advice and support on hardware and system software
  • Annual Preventative Maintenance Visit

 BRONZE SERVICE:

An on-site maintenance package that is ideal for those customers that require a basic level of semi-inclusive support.

  • Maximum next working day engineer response
  • All labour included
  • All parts and loan equipment chargeable
  • Free telephone advice and support on hardware
  • On-site application software support (excluding thin client)

All Maintenance contracts are subject to T&C’s. Standard working hours are 9am to 5pm.
